The Vivit Experience

*Warning: The videos in this post contain imagery that some people might find unpleasant.

The Vivit Experience recently featured on the BBC’s the Dragons Den and we are delighted to be working with the team from the Vivit Experience to bring this live hands-on autopsy experience to students at schools and colleges across the South West during 2018 and 2019.

A live hands-on autopsy, gives students an engaging learning experience that complements their current course whilst inspiring them to consider their future path once they finish their current course.

Live Autopsy is an opportunity that most students will not ever get and some of what is offered during the Vivit experience session not even medical professionals get to see and do!

The Next Steps South West team based a City College Plymouth ran Vivit Experience sessions earlier in 2018 and feedback from the sessions included comments below from the City College course tutors.

The sessions are very interesting and inspiring! The positive impact was giving students insight to the knowledge required for forensics. Students were fully engaged with the tasks have since come into class asking questions about different aspects of what they have seen. (Course Tutor, City College Plymouth)

Are you interested getting hands on with the Vivit Experience? Keep an eye on our event pages for further details on The Vivit Experience sessions we have coming up, or contact bozanne@cityplym.ac.uk.
