Molly, 20, was looking through the Find An Apprenticeship website, when she came across a degree apprenticeship programme being offered by WSP (Exeter), an engineering consultancy company.
Initially, she was worried about not being taken seriously in the company, but everyone was really welcoming. Now she’s on her way to achieving a degree BEng in Civil Engineering!
Looking forward, Molly is considering a masters degree apprenticeship with the same company as they have been so supportive of her studies.
