A SUN CPD Webinar in collaboration with Parentkind, this introductory online workshop will set you up with the basics your school, college or educational setting needs to build successful parent partnerships. In this two-hour online session, you will be given practical tools, techniques and actions that your school, college or educational setting can embed to cultivate an environment that nurtures parental participation in all areas of their child’s education.
This event is suitable for teachers, teaching assistants, senior leadership, pastoral staff, local authority staff within education departments, other staff with responsibility for parental involvement, governors, recruitment and outreach staff, Uni Connect staff, third party organisations working with parents.
This two-hour online session will provide you with the tools and techniques to nurture positive parental participation with the school, college or educational setting, as well as contributing to your continuing professional development. This CPD is accredited, and attendees will receive a certificate for participating.
