Team Programme
Team is a twelve-week personal development programme for young people aged 16-25. Team aims to uncover hidden talents, develop teamwork and communication skills, and increase confidence, motivation, and skills. As part of the programme young people take on a community project of their choice, take part in an exciting and action-packed residential week and get two weeks’ work experience in a field of their interest.
