Explore the barriers students face when operating online and how to make online work more engaging in this one-hour taster session.
Students have numerous barriers to being seen online, and in this session we will explore and expand on these elements.
There is an added pressure to learning online, which may mean that some students find it harder to independently manage their workload.
We will ask and help answer such questions, such as: How can we make online work more stimulating and engaging? How can we temperature check, particularly when we can’t see everyone? Should we include the use of polls, games and direct questions?
