Funding Information Services Team Webinar

The Funding Information Services (FIS) Team in Partner Services are aiming to deliver a webinar for IAG practitioners and partners for the AY24/25.

This webinar will deliver Information Advice and Guidance around eligibility, entitlement, and policy enhancement for the forthcoming AY. We will be discussing the importance of right first-time applications and cover off different groups, such as DSA, how the provider engagement needs to be earlier for students ensuring funding at the start of course.

Our webinar will be used to enable IAG practitioners and partners to provide information and comprehensive student finance information and guidance to prospective students before they complete their undergraduate student finance application, by using relevant IAG and online messaging.

So, who should attend? We would primarily like to aim this webinar at recruitment, marketing, outreach teams, and careers advisers, along with any key areas that advise on or around student finance.

This 1 hour webinar will aim to:

• Provide clear IAG around the student finance application process, eligibility, entitlement, and repayments for AY24/25 to ensure practitioners and partners are enabled for the 24/25 AY undergraduate full time service launch along with any system improvements via Customer Engagement Management (CEM).
• Provide application trend analysis/data around the importance of early applications, what stops an application at various points in the year.
• On time applications with the resources and early messaging using FIS resources.
• Help understand student application numbers year on year for each provider.
• Understand target comms at specific times to help with your own recruitment strategies through year.
