This virtual Open Day allows you to explore a range of courses through one-hour live subject sessions from academic advisors, course lecturers and current students. These will cover an overview of the course structure, the different modules you can take and the approach to learning.
The day will be delivered as a mix of presentations, videos and Q&As. The Q&A session is a great opportunity to get your questions answered by academic staff. Hear from lecturers about how the course will be delivered and talk to current students about accommodation options, clubs and societies and living in Falmouth. You’ll also be able to join live virtual tours of the campuses guided by Student Ambassadors, and take part in dedicated advice & guidance sessions. These sessions will include Moving to Falmouth, Student Finance and How to Apply, as well as a dedicated event for international students.
How can I prepare for a virtual Open Day?
You will need to register in advance to access the virtual Open Day. Once you’ve registered, you’ll receive an email link with information about how to join.
What if I can’t make the date?
Don’t worry, you can request a recording of the live session. Just register for your chosen event, and if you don’t attend on the day then you will receive an email afterwards with a link to the recording.
Can my family or friends attend?
Parents, guardians, carers and friends can join. Choosing which university to apply to can be a big decision, so having someone there to discuss your thoughts with, post-event, can be really helpful. They can either register separately or join alongside you via your device.
