The University of Exeter, want to hear your ideas about Ecology or Economics. A-Level, IB, BTEC and GCSE students in any subject are invited to send a response to one of the questions. There will be two prizes, one for the best essay (1,000 words), and one for the best video entry (6-7 minutes).
Ecology:
- How will loss of biodiversity impact humans in the future?
- Discuss how trends in eating habits in humans have affected the environment.
- Is it ever justifiable for an ecosystem to be sacrificed for human need?
Economics
- Evaluate the effectiveness of economic sanctions.
- Discuss the impact that sustained inflation will have on the UK economy.
- How can businesses best increase the productivity of their workforce?
